I had a fantastic stay! The hot springs on the rooftop were an absolute highlight-the views were just fine! The breakfast buffet was delicious and packed with local dishes, perfect for trying something new. Plus, the location is super convenient, close to great restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall great experience!

I did face some hiccups during my stay. The check-in process was a bit annoying; I arrived early but wasn’t allowed to check in until 3 PM, which seemed a bit strict. the parking system could use some improvement; it’s not the most user-friendly and caused some delays. these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable visit!

The location was decent, for example, Nagane Sports Park was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We found it in a nice enough area very close to the train station and the town centre, restaurants and transport and bars and places to eat.

I recently stayed for three nights at Dormy Inn while on a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The onsen was a fantastic way to unwind after long days, especially with the soothing sauna and the charming outdoor views. I loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wonderful selection of local dishes. the complimentary late-night ramen and frozen treats were a good bonus. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the rooms to the baths, was impressive, and the friendly staff made my stay even better.

I really seemed like I got great value for my money, especially with all the amenities offered. The room was cozy and well-equipped, plus the location is ideal for exploring, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could benefit from a few more Western options.

Had a great time at Dormy Inn Hachinohe! Loved the amazing onsen and the free ramen and ice cream in the evenings. The room felt spacious, but getting to the station with luggage can be a hassle. A solid pick for a comfy stay!

    complimentary ramen

    breakfast reservations

The free ramen and ice cream in the evening add a cool touch to the stay. The hot spring facilities, particularly the outdoor bath, offer a soothing experience with nice views.

Breakfast can be a hassle. Reservations are often full if not booked in advance. The hotel's sustainability efforts like not changing toilet rolls or offering wooden toothbrushes are commendable, but they could do more to reduce plastic waste and single-use items. The location's access to public transport is tricky, particularly when hauling luggage up a steep hill from the station.

The breakfast buffet features both good Japanese and Western options, with many local dishes that are worth exploring. Amenities like the massage chairs and various onsen facilities really complemented the experience, although the room felt compact and the parking had limitations with only one entry/exit per day. The area offers vibrant nightlife and dining options, however, getting to the train station requires an uphill trek was good.

Hot springs were a delight, and the cleanliness was great! The compact room had all the essentials, with a fantastic shower that was just like a warm hug after a long day.

A couple of staff were about as warm as a cold sushi roll, and I could've used more desk space-my laptop reminded me of a houseguest who overstayed their welcome!

The breakfast buffet offered an array of local dishes, showcasing the region's culinary delights, a real treat. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the hot springs provided a relaxing experience with lovely views. The parking system was somewhat inconvenient, limiting exits for longer stays, and the room felt quite small, though it was equipped with all necessary amenities.
