I had a fantastic stay! The hot springs on the rooftop were an absolute highlight-the views were just fine! The breakfast buffet was delicious and packed with local dishes, perfect for trying something new. Plus, the location is super convenient, close to great restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall great experience!

I did face some hiccups during my stay. The check-in process was a bit annoying; I arrived early but wasn’t allowed to check in until 3 PM, which seemed a bit strict. the parking system could use some improvement; it’s not the most user-friendly and caused some delays. these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable visit!

I loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wonderful selection of local dishes. the complimentary late-night ramen and frozen treats were a good bonus. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the rooms to the baths, was impressive, and the friendly staff made my stay even better.

I really seemed like I got great value for my money, especially with all the amenities offered. The room was cozy and well-equipped, plus the location is ideal for exploring, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
